Sadly I have had to have more visits to Birchwood since reaching 70 years than the previous 37 !! I have always received an excellent service and would have no problem in recommending them wholeheartedly.

I found Dr Rustom a great specialist, he is very emphatic and good listener. I didn't feel tight when speaking with him. He answered all my questions and refered me to a specialist. I found him very helpful and knowledgable professional . I recommend 100%! Mariusz

Mr T Rustom is what i remember how doctors use to be, i over heard his name in the library a few months prior to me attending Birchwood Medical Centre, the comments certainly support his professionalism behavior, my personal feed back are as follows: -On Time -Door left Open prior to entry -He greets & stands (warm welcome) -Listens -Does not attempt to quicken appointment -Trust is obtained -Explains in depth issues -Shares knowledge & alternatives methods -Gives reassurance An asset to Birchwood Medical Centre, thus the reason its hard to get on his waiting list... many thanks Mr T Rustom.
